He died of skin cancer.
Not sure such a great man died of skin cancer or wat sure he was kiled like the great Fela of Nigeria but the government have to fix a lie on them... first of all why did he went on exile in Guinea if his home was good enough hehehe...

Cornelius i'm surprised at your doubt nature! you asked a question and you were given an answer and you doubt? beats me why you asked in the first place!First of all he died of a sickness whiles in exiles! i can't say which particular sickness!the conspiracy theory though is that the CIA killed him with a lethal injection whiles in exiles because of his supposedly communist ideology.And please Fela died of AIDS because despite his great music he didn't live a not so good life morally! Don't blame you government! i know they are no where near saints but THEY DIDN"T KILL FELA! As a nigerian you should know better!
