What is a best time during the year to visit Brasil ?

I find it safe to say that anywhere between the end of the year to maybe March or April of the next year is the best time. The weather is hot, as most tourists want it, and there are different events going on, so those seasons I'd say are the best.
Brazil is a huge country. What I mean to say is the weather varies a lot id different regions, so the answer to your question is not easy, as it would depend on which region in Brazil you want to visit. If you want to visit the northeast part of Brazil, I would say it is very warm all year - summer is just Warmer... YOu can enjoy the beaches in any season; the difference may be whether there's some rain or none, and if it's crowded or not. The jungle is very warm and humid all year. The shouthen part of Brazil varies a bit more due to its more temperate climates - Rio for instance - you want to come from mid-spring to mid autumn - otherwise you won't have such a good time - climate-wise.
I think you can visit anywhere in Brazil along the year, but I think you should avoid the summer - from december to march - because of some very heavy rains and very warm temperatures.
